Griffin Security Company Security Policy
Griffin Security conducts security operations in an inherently unstable and dangerous environments. Griffin Security is committed to conducting those security operations to the highest level of professionalism while maintaining the safety and security of the operations and clients and also ensuring respect for human rights, laws and fundamental freedoms.
While conducting security operations, Griffin Security is therefore committed to the following objectives:
Respect human life and dignity as first priority;
Avoid, prevent and reduce the likelihood and consequence of disruptive and undesirable events;
Comply with applicable legal requirements;
Respect human rights; and
Promote continual improvement of its conduct of security operations.
Griffin Security implements effective processes to support the conduct of security operations and its Management are responsible for establishing objectives and measurement to drive continuous improvement in security operations.
All Griffin Security’s employees, consultants and subcontractors are responsible for conducting security operations in accordance with this policy and are expected to contribute to the continual improvement of Griffin Security’s conduct of Security Operations.

Respect and remedy framework 2011; and
Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights.
All Griffin Security’s operations are conducted within the current legal framework and within regulatory and legal requirements.
We consider where appropriate the risk in activities of staff and clients and will consider any other risk factors of stakeholders that might affect the sequence of operations.
